Buds 3 pro on windows 11

so i had this issue up until a few minutes ago (thanks to some random reddit post here) that the sound was delayed when using the buds on windows 11, now i have another issue, when opening a game or something the buds sounds EXTREMELY muffeled and bad quality, and then when i close the game, sometimes it fixes itself, and sometimes it doesnt.
anyone knows the issue? got any solutions?
