Size of animals

Would anthro animals be the size of the real life species? Like an elephant would be giant while a weasel would be very small. In that case, would there be own areas for each size? Or would all areas just have different sized apartments and stuff so all kinds of species could live in the same area? If each size would have their own area, how strict would it be? Animals size of mice would obviously have their own area but how about animals size of for example rabbits and dogs?

Personally I think cities would be split in many parts according to size of species. That's how all species could live in the same city and basic things in life would still be easy. Animals could live where ever they wish to but of course it would always be easier to live in area defined to their size. What do you all think?
