How to setup ASH21 wireless with frigate?

Hi all,
I got a pair of Amcrest ASH21s to watch my cats and got frigate docker container up and running but unfortunately I can't seem to figure out how to connect them wirelessly to frigate. This might be a dumb question but how do I figure out the RSTP address for the cameras? Do I need to use their app with an account? (I was hoping to avoid using the app, I haven't done much research into Amcrest's privacy policies but went ahead and bought them since I figured if I'm self hosting it doesn't matter since I won't have to interact with their services). I was expecting to connect to the cameras via ethernet to setup cams and set the ssid and pwd for my wifi but they don't seem to have any IP on them to connect to.
