Looking for discounts on TF fragrances

I am a huge fan of Tobacco Vanille and Black Lacquer, but both are f**king expensive. Are there any stores that are currently offering discounts?

I am tracking Costco, but they don’t have these fragrances yet. Also, is it a good idea to shop perfumes from Costco?
