PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I need to find this and surprise my girlfriend!!! Please help!!!

So a few months back I actually came across this exact one and what I remember being home goods. Although it is possible I am mistaken the exact store I was at, but I do believe it was in fact HomeGoods. Anyways I meant to buy it that day but did not end up getting it and my girlfriend absolutely loves and is obsessed with the books and absolutely adores and loves this exact statue… I have scoured Google, eBay, and the Internet in all corners I can think of and I have yet to be able to locate it… :( ….. so I am hoping with all of the combined expertise and knowledge and experience from all of you wonderful people that one of you can either appointment in the right direction, provide me with a source or a link, or even better yet if one of you just happen to have this exact statue or an extra one that you wanted to get rid of or sell?!?! Trust me I have seen 1 million different variations of this statue and 1 million more that are extremely similar and very cool alike, but my girlfriend is obsessed with this exact one and I am on the hunt of a lifetime to track it down and locate it and acquire it for her.. is there anybody out there who can identify it? Or has one, or an extra one that they would be interested in selling?
