Is this a fair deal?

Lady told me she could do $400 off, so it would actually be $15,099. With all fees considered, I'm guessing OTD would be $16,500.

4L with tow package, frame is in good shape (little to no rust). Going to have my guy do a pre-purchase inspection on it.

What do with think about this deal? Obviously cars.com says it's right in the middle of the range but I wanted to see what y'all think. One owner, personal use only.
