Why do some regen names appear in almost every save? (Sander Maas, Marvin Wattiau, etc.)

I'm sure we've all encountered names such as Sander Maas, Marvin Wattiau, and Etienne Tipple many times across our Football Manager experience. I've heard rumors that these are names of developers and researchers who work for Sports Interactive. I'm wondering if anyone has a list of these names that appear so frequently because I can only think of those few.
