Survival in 2. Bundesliga

I am desperate for your Help.. I am currently having Save, which is so Fun. I got promoted last Season from the 4th Regional Devision to the 3. Liga in Germany with SV Babelsberg 03. This Season we played a phenomenal Season and got promoted via the Playoffs (3rd in the 3. Liga vs. 16th in the 2. Bundesliga). We don’t have any Budget at all and i don’t want to get relegated. I can’t give new Players big Contracts (4,25k a Week at max). 🙏🙏 My current Players are either Good Players for the 3. Liga or Leading 3. Liga Players.

What do i do to keep them up?
