Help me please

I have been promoted from the Regional Liga (4. Devision) to the 3. Liga in Germany with Babelsberg 03 in the first Seanson and we won the Regional Pokal.. We had a fenomenal start to the Season and we were between 2nd and 4th in the Begining of the Season.. Now we have dropped of to 5th to 7th and it seems like we can not win games anymore.. All my players seem good enough for the level.. Also Hoe can i fix the bad finances at the club?

Can somebody help me fixing my tactics so we can win again? Thanks guys 🙏
