Laptop Help

Hi guys , I hope you are all well . I previously posted asking for recommendations and got great advice on minimum ram requirements etc, however Immy laptop knowledge is terrible so it didn’t mean a whole lot to me , any specific budget friendly laptops for running fm and also for college work on excel , happy to spend 500-700 euros but would anyone have specific laptops I should be looking at rather than specs , thanks from the technologically challenged
