Chicken nuggets?

At what age did you feel comfortable giving your child chicken nuggets and such? Our baby is about to be 11 months old and has become very picky she used to eat everything except fruit she hates fruit. Now she will only eat cheese cauliflower and puffs. Anything else she spits out. I try to make everything from scratch 90% of the time but she’s become very difficult.

I’m running out of ideas of what to try to give her and my grocery store carries the kid fresh brand of chicken nuggets/ meatballs and was thinking of trying that but not sure if it is age appropriate. She’s still on formula so I’m not too concerned right now but she’ll be off it soon and want to make sure she’s eating enough.
