[homemade] Italian sandwhich inspired by a deli in Queens

I used to go to a deli in queens NY when I would visit my friend who lives there! This is my recreation of their “Italian special”

Ciabatta bun was used but feel free to use anything :)

MEAT: Capicola Prosciutto Rosemary ham Salami (black pepper and hot) Mortadella

CHEESE: Aged provolone Swiss

GREENS: Tomatoes (fresh, but I also add sundried) Red onion Arugula Roasted red pepper

SAUCE: Basil pesto Garlic aeoli Black balsamic vinegar splashed
