Question and help with armor

So I was looking at Mr.WestTek Video to help with armor since I’m level 70 now and saw he said BoS Heavy combat armor is a good start , and he showed his stats and all but when I went to go create the same set it doesn’t appear to have the same stats ? Was curious on what I could be doing wrong or what he may have different that makes is stats higher ?
