Fixer Rolls for Bloodied Stealth Commando?

It's been some time since I played FO76 and I recently started playing again, but I moved to PC from PSN, so sadly all my stuff won't transfer.

Not sure what is the best rolls I should be aiming for on fixers these days, any suggestions?
