The Terror, free aim best heavy weapon... ?

Need anvice on this one:

I hate and never use VATS.

I've done already 50+ full Rais completions and still not sure if my current Vampire/+25% Fire Rate/+15% Reload Speed/Pin-Pointer's fullt modded with the latest mods Gatling Plasma works better vs. the Terror Energy Resistance than Ultracite .50 Cal modded like the aforementioned GP (or with 4* Stabilizer's). Both setups will go with Vulcan Gimbal Bracers.

Any opinions on this one would be highly appreciated. 🤝
