Anyone else make the mistake of interrupting AHAB?

Boy I was in this quest with Ada and found a meditating peaceful robot. Went up to talk to him and he went hail mary. Almost shat my pants in sudden this turn of events.

Anyone did that or just me?

I am sure there are many such incidents through your playthrough too. Please share I wanna know. Any non fallout fuck up is also welcome.
