Mad River, Oh

Quick trip before the bomb cyclone, water level was falling after an inch or two of rain on Monday. I caught a couple of average 8 to 10 inchers. Just before the rain, over three or four casts I kept getting "snagged" in about the same spot. On the four cast I hooked into a nice 15" BT. ( PB on the mad river). Caught on a heavy sculpin behind a wooly bugger.5wt 9'-5", wf line, long leader with 6x tippet.
