I keep getting soft locked in Into the Pit??? The console version btw

On night three of Into the Pit, I couldn’t go home. When I tried he said “I should go to Jeff’s!” but when I go the the pizzeria he said “I should go home!” I have no idea why or how. I had to back out of the game to make the game work again, this happened on day 2 too when I got black screened and it wouldn’t load the kitchen in the house.
