Meat extruder?
Hey guys, just a question. You know how the meat comes packages and we gotta slice it to open it etc. Do you think its possible to make a tool for example.. Like a cookie cutter. Or a gingerbread man maker.. Imagine you have a tool and when you press it on the meat.. It gives exactly 3.5>3.7 ounce patties, then all you gotta do or ball it and smash it. Instead of using scales for example. It would make things a lot quicker. I get it it's changing the whole handmade aspect of it but it's no different than we putting the potatoes into the potato cutter and extruding it through the blades.
Do you guys think that's a good idea or not? All you'd have to do is open back and press the cutter and have x amount of cubes to ball and any left over you use to make other balls. I think it's a genius idea but i doubt it would ever get incorporated.
