Body fat estimate?
I’m sorry to be asking that as I know a lot of it is estimates and I’m open to opinions. I live in a small town (we don’t even have a gym) and I have no access to a dexa scan anytime soon. I have ordered the pinch test tools but it won’t be here for a while and I’m writing a new program for my New Year’s resolution so I’d love the opinions of some on here. My goal is to lean out more. Based off of pictures I’m guessing around 20%?
