Red Oak Seasoning time
Hey all, my boyfriend is getting some California Red Oak rounds for free. It's a fb marketplace listing and I haven't seen it in person yet, but the pictures look like it was recently cut.
He says "we can figure out something to use it for but it won't be good firewood " and I maintain that all wood will be good firewood eventually. (You know, with proper measures and all that)
Then, because I am relatively new to this, I hit the ol' Google and AI Google says it will take 3 years! Is that typical?
