How do you deal with the lack of PWA?

I'm... exhausted. I won't download unofficial stuff or Chrome, so I've been using the pre-installed Edge for my PWA needs —yes, needs, I can't cope with any more tabs, I have so many that I really want separate apps for important websites.

The problem? Edge is so bloated with crap that it becomes distracting, AI everywhere, coupon offers, Bing. The icing on the cake is the lack of extensions that would let me open links in Firefox, Edge is fine for things within the PWA, but as soon as you click on an external link and actually have to browse in it... yikes.
