Need advice about my Grandfather’s old film camera.

Hi everyone, I’m a complete beginner here so I just need some advice. Apologies if some of the questions I ask are very silly ones.

My Grandfather was a professional photographer back in the day. He died about 13 years ago now, and since then I’ve slowly been trying to get ahold of some of his belongings. It’s quite hard as he lived in a different country to me. I managed to get ahold of one of his old cameras, and I’ve been wanting to use it so I can get into film photography.

Based on the model of this camera, I’d like to know what film to use and if there are any other things I need to purchase so I can actually use it.

I’m also confused because whenever I look into the viewfinder it’s just completely black despite it not having a lens cover.

I’m a huge noob to this world of photography, and photography in general, so some help would be appreciated. Thanks :)
