Help please

I just bought a hitbox for tekken and it was working a second ago but i dadhboard the game to reset it and now the directional buttons dont work in-game.

They work in the main menu and pause menu and on the dashboard. But when im in practice mode i cant move. All the other buttons work.

I tried swapping the button input to d-pad and joystick and still nothing
