What is the optimal Frontlines team comp?

I'm assuming that nobody is using Third Party Programs to coordinate, but every player is a competent, interested-in-winning participant with a reasonable amount of PvP experience.

A: DRK x 2 PLD x 1 WHM x 1 SCH x 1 DRG x 1 BRD x 1

B: DRK x 2 PLD x 1 AST x 1 SCH x 1 DRG x 1 BRD x 1

C: DRK x 1 PLD x 1 WAR x 1 WHM x 1 SCH x 1 DRG x 1 BRD x 1

Remaining 3: Fill with anything but GNB/PLD/SCH/BRD, or just add more DRK/DRG. Avoid buff overlap.

My 15 minute reasoning: Salted Earth suck chains with Sky Shatter are disgusting. PLD LB is pretty nutty even after the nerfs if it hits everyone in your party, Guardian enables daring initiations or simply denies Battle High picks. WAR follows the DRKs in then Screams at everyone who got sucked to confirm kills. WHM LB is generally just better than SMN's with proper sucking, Poly on a Plunging enemy DRK produces a different sort of salt. SCH kit looks like the best bet at mitigating enemy DRK stacking. AST can also screw things up with their LB, but as tempting as their 30% buff is I'm not sure if I want one in every party. BRD LB greases the DRK & DRG engine.

Honorable mentions: I do appreciate MNK for their ability to secure kills on BH 100s so I don't mind one or two. NIN is an excellent soloqueue job who can also kill secure and has some pretty nasty AoE contribution. SAM can AoE bind and soak some incidental AoE for instakills. MCH with correctly predicted turrets are sick and they can just Analysis Drill LB a squishy. DNC with DRKs and a pocket PLD could be capable of some wildcard things but WAR is the probably the less babysitting, simpler option.

So how would the metagame develop if everyone started to play tryhard and enforce the ideal party composition? Are there jobs that are being overlooked? Does the optimal comp need more or less DRK?
