Any guides on soloing BSNMs?

I'm enjoying the trust system for what it is but since coming back and starting a new account I noticed alot of the items I grew to love over the years are locked behind BSNMs. Since you can't use trusts in there I'm not sure how the heck I'm going to get these items again.

Any advice on soloing BSNMs would be greatly appreciated.
