Been using 3 weeks daily

Mixing it with Tina (crystal) almost everytime, over dosed once confirmed during the 3 weeks and once I’m sure I did but was alone and just woke up hours later , I’m down to 169lbs from 192 , I feel sick; I haven’t been eating or hydrating my mouth has sores from biting on it and my tongues like sandpaper how long should I expect to feel like this haven’t felt like this since doing pain pills years ago and all I want is to go get more
