This my new Fender American Luxe Telecaster. What even is this!?

I don’t know what to say here. I’ll just let you look at these pictures and see what I got for almost 3K. This is their flagship telecaster!

This is a replacement guitar after the first one they sent had even bigger issues. I thought ok, maybe I just got a lemon. Then I they send me this guitar.

13th fret is completely dead. There’s a huge gap when you put a straight edge against the entire fretboard. This is not a setup issue. As the guy on the phone kept telling me it was then offered to pay “some” of the luthier fees to get it fixed. This is a new 3K guitar!! Fender failed me miserably.
