Here's my progess through the last year.

I am 5ft and I started at 150 lbs - 153 lbs. My goal weight is to get to 116 lbs or close to 106 lbs. I'm currently at 126 lbs.

I started 24-hour fasting since tail end of high school (2017-18) but committed to longer fasting in the middle of last year.

I'm doing a calorie counting diet and intermittent fasting (24 hours to 100 hours) with basic foods like protein, vegetables, light carbs, and a small cheat sweet occasionally. I do stretches, slight yoga maybe once a day for as much as I can, an hour or less. (Joint disability so I hurt a ton and struggle to move.)
