Worst book I read this year
Rated ⭐️ (within same system I rank and review all fiction and nonfiction). Of course there are worst books out there, but this one was MOST DISAPPOINTING to me because it had interesting writing and an interesting premise… that never delivered. I think about it all the time! I still want to know more about the falling moons! And the tower! But the book became utterly incomprehensible… I still don’t understand why Raeve is considered an assassin, what’s going on with this world, why they’re still in love, what traumatic thing actually happened, what happened to the baby ??? Some of those things supposedly got explained but I couldn’t dig through the descriptions to figure it out.
I know this book has been discussed a lot and no hate if you like it. But like I said I’m STILL thinking about it
