What coaching changes should we be aware of?

Almost every year without fail, someone flies under the radar on draft day because experts neglected to bring attention to the fact a new head coach/offensive coordinator was hired. And this can completely change the makeup of an offense, allowing some players to thrive in a new system.

And every year after said player has a big couple first weeks, everyone is like "why didn't we see this coming??" when it was staring us in the face.
