this is a rant

im a former (semi) popular everskies user and i never put any outside socials on es. the only account i had for es was an instagram that was not linked or associated with anything on my personal life/account. simply because i know i would’ve gotten “cancelled” or banned for opinions (that aren’t harmful, might i add) posts that are a little spicy, and profile layouts that are a little spicy. why do so many big users put their outside socials on es? now youre practically forced to use your es “customer service” persona and then get upset when youre banned or cancelled over previous posts or messages on your account. its way different if youre being offensive or disgusting obviously.. but so many “controversies” and “drama” could be avoided had you not put your socials on es. now youre being monitored by 14 yr olds who’re barely freshmen in high school. it especially gets me when you are AWARE your account may be raunchy or have posts and opinions that are too touchy for es and then youre shocked that the community that’s soft as a spoiled potato is making posts like “oh…! /neg”. havent we learned from VARIOUS accounts by now? hasn’t es made enough examples out of yall? it’s even worse when i see someone who’s an artist who does awesome art and has commissions both normal and a little ykyk because then es users sit and mess up something thats clearly not aimed at them. es users is a community that’s never been “safe”, im so happy many users are slowly realising that, even if it means your currency is being messed up, es is taking much more data and storage than before, comps are getting worser and worser, things are losing value, and sets are becoming low quality.

tldr; stop posting your outside socials on es then complaining that its affecting you. im happy users are realising how toxic es truly is.
