Fictional formable nations

Hi all,

I'd like to know whether there are fictional formable nations in the game. If you could provide me with a couple of examples that would be great!

I know about the Kingdom of God, for example -I don't think such a nation came to exist in History. If I'm understanding the wiki correctly, technically it's not a formable nation, and rather the Papal States are renamed, but still. Are there other examples you can think of? I assume there would be a few extra formable nations that never actually existed, but perhaps some influential people had the ambition of creating them.
