Looking at two machines second hand. Which is the better buy?

I've never pulled a shot a day in my life. I have no clue what machine would be better for someone just dipping their toes into the espresso filled pool. Any advice is appreciated! Also, according to the FB Marketplace listing the ECP3220 is brand new never been used.
