Painful sex- has anyone found a solution?

My endo has slowly increased over the years, seemingly more rapid after having my kids (4 and 2 years ago). A year ago, I had a Bilateral Salpingectomy/Laparoscopy to remove my fallopian tubes. Since then, the occasional aching/pinching during sex has increased. Pushing on my stomach- on period or not; during sex or not- is horrendous. Sometimes my kids press into my belly for whatever reason and it’s like being stabbed while the knife is twisted. Penetration sometimes hurts, and orgasming causes a stabbing pain. My abdomen feels heavy-ish now, though I’m not overweight.

Has anyone had luck reducing this with any procedure? Another laparoscopy was recommended, but I fear scar tissue from my last one is a contributor.
