vaginal pain after bowel movement?

I'm not officially diagnosed yet but I was wondering if other people also experience this. After I poop, the inside of my vagina and my pelvic area hurt. It feels like a pressure or weighted feeling inside- personally it's around a 3 on the pain scale most of the time. And no my rectum doesn't hurt at all after I use the bathroom, the pain is in the pelvic and vaginal region. When I look this up google says I might have a rectocele (pelvic organ prolapse) and I'm honestly worried now?? Is this type of pain common for endo, or is this a rectocele or something else?
