SACRAMENTO MEDIC NEED HELP

Hey guys dealing with a lot mentally. I’ve been in EMS for 8 years and am now suffering from a pretty rapid deterioration in my physical and mental health and need cheap and good resources in the Sacramento region for mental health services please let me know or comment links or other resources. I don’t have insurance and am willing to pay out of pocket but I really need a hand here. My companies EAP was a fucking joke. It was just a website with a survey and nothing past that.
