looking for capture card compatible with surface pro 6 specs

hi all, i’m not very tech savvy so any information is extremely helpful to me!

i’m interested in starting to stream and record gameplay from my xbox series x with a gigabyte m28u monitor. however my laptop is a little dated being a surface pro 6

it’s a i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz, 1800 Mhz, 4 cores with 8gb RAM. it runs windows 11

would an elgato capture card be compatible with this tech? and what would be recommended? i see a lot of recs for the HD60x
