Reliable dual 18650 mods in 2024?

Pretty much as stated above^ I'm tired of having to replace them every 4-9 months haha. Rip my old reuleaux rx200 that chugged on for over 5 years and ipv3. Also it doesn't have to be recent, I just have to be able to buy one obviously. Thanks everyone
