Should I upgrade the electric panels? I’m so confused!

My interior electric panel is 200 amps, and the exterior panel is 150 amps. This installation was done by the previous owners. I’m wondering if I should upgrade the panels to 300 amps due to the following reasons: I will be installing 42 new LED lights, which, according to my calculations, will draw 21 amps, plus a garbage disposal. I am also adding two new bathrooms and a pantry area to the house. Currently, the house has a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric range with oven, around 24 outlets and four ceiling lamps. According to my calculations, there are about 100 amps connected to the panel currently. With the new addition and the 42 LED lights, I'm wondering if I should upgrade the 200-amp panel to 300 amps and the 150-amp panel to 300 amps.
