Thanks zenimax for taking away my account.

i have zero access to my account, i cannot log in as i need your stupid ass access code, and i cannot submit a ticket because submitting a ticket requires me to log in, thanks. ive checked every folder on my email. no access code in over a week no matter what i do

yes, the password IS correct. it notifys me when i input an incorrect password

no, it is not going to my spam, archives, or any other folder

I am simply not getting an email back from them

customer support refuses to help me recover my account, I have provided them with the billing address linked to previous purchases, username and password, previous transaction ID'S. Thanks Zenimax for taking my account from me, anyone know how I can force these fuckers to give me a refund on all previous purchases? thank you to those who geniuenly tried helping, and to those who randomly hive mind downvoted me yall suck. this is incredibly anti-consumer friendly and yall are a bunch of good lil consumer lapdogs
