The best DD class/build right now?

Hello,

I’ve been playing eso for years but I’ve recently picked it back up again, I’ve already got 6 characters and many dds such as the nightblade, sorcerer and dragonknight . I bought the high isle collection so it gave me the Arcanist and I was wondering if it was worth grinding a new account with that class? Thanks!!!

Note: If it is worth making an arcanist, is stamina or magicka arcanist better?
