eHarmony is a giant scam.
I signed up and was very confused about what I was signing up for. they run you through like 4 pages and i somehow missed that i signed up for a year. I though I was signing up for a month at 50% off. so no problem right? Contact customer care a few hours later and it will be refunded no problem which has been my experience every time this has happened before. Not with the scam site eharmony. they sent me terms and conditions that had the cancellation policy buried 5 pages in.and it's only certain states which seems wrong.
so now i am contacting the BBB and going to dispute it on my cc. I'm hoping when i show all the evidence I"ve found online of them scamming people that capital one will refund my money and refuse to pay them.
on top of that I live in NYC and i'm older. I had my filters set to age 35-60. I got 12 matches. no more to be found no matter how I set the filters. Clearly the entire site is designed to trick people into signing up without any intention of finding them a match or refunding money. I''m going to any place i can write a negative review and roasting this horrible site.
