I’m just depressed, discouraged, and scared to take anything.

I just don’t know where to start! I was having yeast flares from Dupixent 7 months in and was told to switch to Adbry but part of me just want to give up and stop all meds due to the side effects and waiting games. I don’t want to try rinvoq due to side effects as well. I’m starting to notice that since I’ve been on Dupixent I’m getting white pigment loss patches on my face and neck where I had the red yeast flares. I’m scared I’m getting vitiligo and read that Dupixent can cause vitiligo on a case study. Has anyone experienced this? It’s on my arms as well and thigh. My next dose for dupixent is this Thursday and I’m just debating stopping it! I’m dreading the red flare that comes after. I rather just use triamcinolone for my eczema which sounds so bad but that’s literally the only steroid I’ve used my entire life nothing else. My skin before dupixent is the 3rd and 4th picture. I’m open to all comments and suggestions of advice. Please!
