Selling Guitar through Ebay's international shipping?

I have had 2 people try and buy an acoustic Guitar. One from the UK and another from the Netherlands. Both said that I wasn't selling to there country.

I have international shipping through ebay on and have sent many things internationally. I can't figure out why they can't purchase it.

Does anyone have any experience doing this?
