Any tips to master jazz independance ?

Hello all,

I am currently delving deeper into jazz and would like to know your tips to master the basic independence of the jazz (see image).

I mean, my brain can't dissociate this pattern. Either my hi-hat is off on the 1st and 3rd beat, or my hands are shuffling... So I am constantly thinking about doing well the independence and it slows me down to play freely on the snare drum and the bass drum.
