Driving pet peeve!
I've noticed that when approaching queuing traffic, there is a small % of the population which do one of two things:
- Stop roughly 1 car length away from the car in front and at some arbitrary point decide to close the gap and pull forward, causing everyone else behind to also have to pull forward again
- Approach the queuing traffic, and with ~ 10 m to go, decide to crawl forward at a glacial pace, presumably hoping the traffic will start moving again, so they can pull away more quickly
Please just pull up to the car in front, stop, and wait until the traffic starts moving again like everyone else! I don't want to have to keep riding my clutch in gear 1 behind you
