Dragon age keep? [no spoilers]

Dragon age fans, please help me😂😭 I’m pretty new to DA, I watched my brother play when I was little but only just played for myself (started on inquisition then went back to play DAO and DA2) I’m wanting to play DAI again but with my previous games loaded in. I signed up for the keep site, can’t get it to let me log in at all on DAO (have tried multiple times for weeks now), and also can’t figure out how to upload my game from DA2. I reeeeeallyyyyy don’t want to just enter all the answers in the tapestry but other forums I’ve looked at haven’t suggested any other possibilities. Has anyone gotten around this playing on Xbox at all?
