Moving soon

So, my mom is buying a house soon (fingers crossed) and we have a dog. We’ve never lived in town before so I know there’s a bunch of rules and stuff. The yard is significantly smaller than the one we have now (we live outside of town near farms). The house is big enough inside so he has space to play. My main concern is his poop. I assume it’ll have to be cleaned up from the yard. Is there anything to buy to like dissolve it or something? Cause I don’t really want to be out everyday hand picking up dog poop. And what’s the best way to dispose of it? Just throw it away? Idk when we’ll be moving but it’ll be a big change. He’s always lived here and I’m also nervous he won’t like moving to a new house. It’s also near Main Street and I’m terrified of the possibility of something happening. We’re planning on a fence but that’s expensive and we’ll need to get permits for it. Any advice is appreciated
