Dart 2013 engine overheating problem

Hi my dart 2013(limited 2.0L) has an overheating problem, it runs good but if i drive it for let's say an hour or 2 in the day it overheats(gives me a message that the engine's temperature is high) and I have to turn off the A/C and reduce speed for a little bit for it to cool down. What could be the problem?
